Tim Frazier serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for St. Paul’s Senior Center.
Tim came to St. Paul’s in 2014, initially as its Chief Operating Officer, later moving to Chief Administrative Officer, where he oversees compliance, quality assurance/improvement, contracting, risk management and strategic project support for all of St. Paul’s programs. He served what must have been the briefest terms as Interim CEO during their recent CEO search to replace Cheryl Wilson, who retired after 32 years with the organization. Tim has nearly 20 years’ experience in Aging Services, both as a Board member and in senior staff roles. You could say he’s an old hand at it. He served as Chair of the San Diego Region of Leading Age California and is a current member of its Programs Committee; in addition, he is a member of the Audit & Compliance Committee of the National PACE Association. He is a past Board member of the San Diego Employer’s Association. Before coming to San Diego, Tim served in the C-suite of several organizations in Los Angeles and Seattle, including major health plans and the Seattle Symphony.
St. Paul’s Senior Services provides a wide variety of aging support service programs such as:
1 – Active Seniors – 55+ housing, Independent living.
2 – Seniors that need daily help – Assisted living, home care, home health, PACE
3 – Memory Impairment – Memory care communities, home care, home health, day programs, PACE
4 – Total Medical Care – Skilled nursing, home health, hospice, PACE
