I had a french door that was difficult to secure. I called Grah and they added a special dead bolt that was keyed to match my other locks and they also did some service work on another lock. The installer was courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, handled the job quickly and cleaned up his materials before leaving. I am completely satisfied with their work
