I recently had a problem with my master bathroom tub spout and drain mechanism. Since I am a “Do it Yourself” kind of guy, I went to the Ideal Plumbing retail store on Waring Road for the help. I described the problem to Bill, the salesperson. Bill pulled out the parts I needed and gave me several installation tips that made the job a lot easier. Because of his installation tips I avoided a lot of wasted time and frustration. I really appreciated Bill’s help. You don’t get that kind of help at the big box stores.
