The hospital has three veterinarians, Dr. Marvil and his associates, Avi Shaprut, DVM, Emily Cross DVM & twelve support staff that include a hospital manager and Registered Veterinary Technicians (the equivalent of RNs). In addition to these doctors, a board certified surgeon and radiologist both come to the hospital for specialized procedures.

The practice only treats dogs and cats.  The hospital is stocked with advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment.  A complete blood profile evaluating red and white cell counts, chemistry evaluation of internal organs and blood gas determinations can be available within minutes.   Dr. Shaprut and Dr. Marvil are experienced ultrasonographers.  Two years ago, Dr. Shaprut was awarded a fellowship in abdominal ultrasound at the University of California, Davis.  Dr. Marvil has advanced training in veterinary dentistry.
